As a per diem, nonexempt, CPS Solutions, LLC Staff Pharmacist, you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy.

Schedule: This position will work one (1) to two (2) weekends and occasional weekdays each month.

About the facility:Doctors Neuropsychiatric Hospital, is a Joint Commission-accredited hospital that provides inpatientbehavioral and mental health services for adult and geriatric patients for conditions that are associated with aging. Neuropsychiatric services are provided for the treatment of conditions such as Parkinson's Disease, dementia, and Alzheimer's.CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.

About the Pharmacy: The pharmacy is open Monday-Friday from 7:00 am-5:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday 8:00 am-12:00 pm. Wellsky is the pharmacy system along with medDispense unit based dispensing cabinets. Remote pharmacy services are also provided to itssister hospital,Medical Behavioral Hospital in Mishawaka from this location.

Required Qualifications:

• Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy; PharmD preferred
• Current Pharmacist license in good standing in Indiana
• Experience as a Pharmacist in aHospital setting preferred
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns
• Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting
• Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems
• Effective communications skills; verbal and written

Hospital Requirements: (may be required)

• (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof ofnegativeTB skin test within thelast 12 months
• ( MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer provingimmunity
• Varicella -(2)documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
• HepB3 Series(or declination)
• (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1^st-April 30^th
• COVID Vaccine
