Description:
Work under general supervision in the Loan Quality Center, Digital Data Control Team to support the entire organization by providing governance, monitoring and oversight of all Representation and Warranties data and documents to identify the Responsible Party for both Selling and/or Servicing. Perform research and analysis routinely, using upstream application systems, legal documentation, SharePoint and other tools as needed.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
Review all data associated with Responsible Party.
Monitor digital document transmissions and work with lenders to support them as needed.
Support rep and warrant transfer data using a variety of applications.
Collaborate with teams across the organization to help collect data, track, monitor and process Responsible Party data.
Respond to colleagues and process requests within designated SLAs and escalate issues as appropriate.
Support Contact data associated with RP.
Identify efficiencies in our process and collaborate with teammates to implement solutions.
May perform less complex projects or participate as a team member on more complex projects.
Qualifications
MUST have solid knowledge of mortgage documents so someone with doc prep, loan origination or loan processing would be ideal.
2-4 years related work experience
Bachelors degree preferred
