Design metrics to measure User Experience on a Salesforce application.
Plan and design approaches to measure User Experience
Perform data collection including hosting individual meetings with UX testers
Conduct data analysis to generate results for measuring User Experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
3 years of experience with User Interface design and User Experience enhancement.
Knowledge of Salesforce platform and technology.
Experience in application usability tests.
Excellent communication skills both in verbal and writing.
