Compulse is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. As the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Compulse's brand identity, generating demand for our services, and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for building go-to-market strategies, designing marketing campaigns, and evaluating the performance of earned, owned, and paid media channels to maximize ROI.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with Compulse's business objectives and target market segments.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define marketing goals, KPIs, and budget allocation.
2. Marketing Campaigns:
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and more.
- Develop compelling messaging and creative assets that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
3. Brand Management:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of Compulse's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints.
- Drive brand awareness and thought leadership through thoughtfully curated content, thought leadership initiatives, and industry partnerships.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and media partners to amplify Compulse's brand presence.
4. Media Channel Assessment:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of earned, owned, and paid media channels in reaching and engaging target audiences.
- Identify opportunities to optimize media mix, allocate budgets strategically, and maximize ROI.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising technology to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
5. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture that encourages cross-functional teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives with overall business strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, with a track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, advertising technology, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, influence stakeholders, and build consensus.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving innovation and delivering measurable business impact.
- Experience working with agencies and local media companies is a plus.
- Experience with utilizing HubSpot’s marketing automation and CRM capabilities.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $110,000 to $140,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
