Duration: 2 months
Schedule :Shift 1 : Mon-Fri 11am-7:30pm; Shift 2 : Mon-Fri 2pm-7:30pm (Part Time)
Pay Rate: $17/hr on W2
Note: Current Pharmacy Technician Certification for RI
Position Summary :
- This position makes outbound and takes in-coming calls from patients, providers, etc providing professional phone assistance to all callers in regards to home infusion of specialty medications.
- Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation and transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist.
- Processes orders for specialty medications and coordinates deliveries.
Duties :
- At least 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician coordinating activities in an administrative support function.
- Advanced computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet utilization.
- Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) a must.
Experience :
- Minimum (1) year experience required in a customer service position with call center experience; preferably in healthcare, social services, or a similar service position.
Education :
- Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
- Pharmacy Technician Certification
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
