Job Posting for Applications Analyst at Computer Enterprises, Inc. (CEI)
Looking for an IT professional with experience in coding and scripting to help troubleshoot issues within a streaming platform.
Responsibilities:
- Use ticketing system to address software problems
- Search through lines of code to find issues
- Communicate with the development team about errors in code, so they may be fixed
- Configure integrated solutions to meet customer needs and implement client solutions.
- May act as a primary point of contact between customer’s technical staff and the enterprise’s development/engineering organization.
- Serve as technical consultant to the sales team
Skills and Experience:
- SQL experience
- Python experience
- ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
