We are in the process of expanding our team to meet the demand of our growing client base and are looking to add a technician who can work at our office in our satellite Baton Rouge providing Help Desk support and project solutions to our clients across the state. One of the main factors to our success are the people we employ and the personalized attention they give to each and every one of our clients. Position Summary
Our preferred candidate would be a technician with at least 3 years experience in the MSP space. Someone who can build a trusting and productive relationship with clients over the phone, in person and even via email and chat. Must be able to manage time effectively, be organized and have the ability to find solutions quickly. As a member of our team you will be exposed to a wide variety of products and services because we assist our clients with technical problems concerning everything from hardware to software, phones and printers, specialized products, and more. In addition, we manage projects and installations for our clients all over Louisiana.
General Skills & Qualifications
- Provide excellent customer service, onsite and remote technical support
- Communicate with vendors to request service, update, and resolve open tickets
- Adhere to established methods for responding to and documenting support requests
- Adhere to established methods for documenting processes that support and enhance the technical team
- Ability to walk clients through diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve errors
- Perform maintenance tasks on end user devices.
- Set up, troubleshoot, and configure PCs, printers, peripherals & network equipment
- Provide limited Saturday and Sunday coverage as part of an on-call rotation schedule
- Work as part of a team to deliver the best possible service to our clients

Experience

- Customer service experience
- At least 3 years of IT experience
- Experience supporting professional service companies such as dental practices, medical practices and law offices is a plus
