Job Description
Provide support of comprehensive enterprise Touch Labor functions for incident management, account management, problem management, and request fulfillment using USCG ticketing system to resolve tickets that are locally created and transferred to field support from the Service Desk or other support organization.

Qualifications:
* Demonstrated 4 years of experience providing technical support to analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, such as local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems or a segment of a network system. * Demonstrated ability to manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems * Demonstrated ability to monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns. * Demonstrated ability to respond to and resolve help desk requests. * Demonstrated ability to upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution. * Demonstrated ability Install and test computer-related equipment. * Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communications skills. Certifications * Candidate must possess DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent) * ITIL Foundation certification is desired Security Clearance * US Secret (T3) or higher security clearance is required (may start work with Interim Secret) Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.) * None
