We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our growing PMO team. The Program Manager will be responsible for the success of the portfolio of work in our TV products. They will lead all planning, management and reporting activities ensuring that projects meet a high standard of management. They will analyze and evaluate risk across the program and report this to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader with experience managing staff from varying disciplines and have proven record in ensuring multiple projects are successful and delivered with optimal return on investment.
Skills and Experience • 10 years experience in project and program management on product and technical projects. • Excellent communicator. • Effective at leading change within an organization. • Experience in project management in multiple methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) • Able to facilitate meetings with senior management. • Experience managing and coaching project managers. • Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation processes • Experience working with technical teams. • PMP or prince certification. • Familiarity with workshopping techniques a nice to have.
