Fast growing, natural foods company based in downtown Santa Barbara is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to lead the U.S. customer service efforts for New Zealand-based leader in Manuka Honey.
About the role
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager (based in New Zealand), the core purpose of this role is to exemplify our customer experience. We pride ourselves on ensuring our consumers/shoppers are continuously connected with the best possible service. This role is also responsible for developing and delivering effective customer service protocols and ensuring consistent, relevant, and timely messaging to consumers/shoppers via phone, email, and social/digital platforms.
Some of the key duties include:
- Receiving, processing and resolving consumer queries
- Providing accurate Comvita product and service information to consumers
- Delivering a world-class customer experience through all consumer communication channels
- Supporting our U.S.-based Sales and Marketing team on projects
- Keeping our CRM/Databases up to date
- Administration duties to support the rest of the team.
