Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review personal and business tax returns or provide assurance services, including audit, review, and compilation engagements.
- Advise individual and business clients on tax-planning strategies, helping them achieve their financial goals.
- Mentor and support the development of tax preparers within the team, contributing to a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
- Engage in networking and client development activities to help expand the firm’s client base and strengthen professional relationships.
- Participate in special projects that align with the firm’s growth objectives and strategic goals.
- Receive financial support for recruiting new clients, including incentive compensation for successful business development efforts.

Requirements:
- Preferred Experience: Two years of relevant public accounting experience, including personal and business tax experience OR assurance services experience.
Required Skills, Education, and Certifications:

- Current CPA license.
