Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review personal and business tax returns or provide assurance services, including audit, review, and compilation engagements.
• Advise individual and business clients on tax-planning strategies, helping them achieve their financial goals.
• Mentor and support the development of tax preparers within the team, contributing to a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
• Engage in networking and client development activities to help expand the firm’s client base and strengthen professional relationships.
• Participate in special projects that align with the firm’s growth objectives and strategic goals.
• Receive financial support for recruiting new clients, including incentive compensation for successful business development efforts.
• Enjoy significant opportunities for professional growth and the ability to shape your own career path within public accounting.

Requirements:

• Preferred Experience: Two years of relevant public accounting experience, including personal and business tax experience OR assurance services experience.

Required Skills, Education, and Certifications:

• Two years of relevant public accounting experience, including personal and business tax experience OR assurance services experience.
• Current CPA license.
