FTE 0 Scheduled Bi-Weekly Hours 0 Work Shift All Shifts: 8 hours Job Description Responsible for providing high-level administrative support. This includes interfacing with El Camino Health departments, managing vendors, interacting with the DMHC, preparing for Board and committee meetings and supporting the leadership team on projects. Key Responsibilities Manage HR, eTime facilities and purchasing requests. Prepare agendas and minutes for Board meetings, committee meetings, and staff meetings. Interface regularly with the Department of Managed Healthcare regarding filings and new regulations. Project manage all preparation for tri-annual clinical and financial audits. Maintain and oversee vendor contracts, input into Conga contract management system, track invoices relative to budget, update all contracts as appropriate. With the CEO lead the budget planning process, and track financial performance, trend expenses and provide monthly variance report. Handle all scheduling and calendar coordination for the CEO. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; Master’s Degree preferred The knowledge and abilities required to perform this function are typically attained through training and experience equivilant to a Bachelor’s degree from a college or university in health care administration, public administration or a related field and two years of professional level analytical and administrative experience.
