NDE Coordinator

Conco Services LLC is looking for an NDE Coordinator for our La Porte, TX location.

Position Summary

Administration and coordination of the NDE testing employees. Reports to the NDE Regional Managers. Responsible for accurate

and timely response to internal and external personnel. Effectively communicate job details from CRM to field crews.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Industrial NDE managers to determine crew assignments.
  • Ensure that assigned crews have all the information needed from the JIB/CRM database to complete the job successfully.
  • Assist with job preparations whenever crews are not available in the office.
  • Utilize Labor reports to meet expected billable utilization rates for employees.
  • Work with operations and planners to ensure dates on JIB accurately reflect anticipated starting dates for testing work.
  • Shipping/Receiving of equipment and materials needed for jobs.
  • Keep a log of rental equipment and vehicles and make sure they are tracked to the proper jobs and returned on time and information is properly sent to billing.
  • Ensure current inventory practices meet company expectations.
  • Enhance communication down to field employees who do not have access to JIB/CRM
  • Create a daily report of all crew members in the field according to their job numbers
  • Load per diem payments for field employees through net spend.
  • Notify guaranteed hour employees once they have reached their guarantee for the week and work with managers to make sure, guaranteed employees are working with all of Conco when needed.
  • Back up Office Coordinators when they are out or busy to put jobs on the JIB and communicate and assist with other team members to make sure all things are covered for the proper execution of jobs going out.

  • Strong computer skills in programs such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, CRMs, ISN, etc.
  • Reasoning The ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instruction and the ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Ability to successfully work in a fast paced, time sensitive work environment.
  • Dependable, punctual, and excellent attendance.
  • Expected to be creative, organized, detail oriented, proactive, and engaging.

Experience & Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Some College Preferred).
  • Must be authorized to work within the United States.
  • Equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Physical Requirements

  • The ability to crouch, kneel, balance, lift, carry, push, pull, reach, climb, twist, squat, sit and stand.
  • Physically submit to periodic drug, background, and clearance screenings (employment is contingent upon favorable results).
  • Physical ability to work in an office setting 8 hours per day.
