Job Description
Concord Homes is premier homebuilding company along the Wasatch Front aspiring to $100M annual revenue. The VP of Finance will be a key member of the management team in reaching this goal. This is an upper-level executive position who oversees all financial matters of the company and manages all accounting personnel. The role includes analyzing data and advising the President and CEO on ways to use information to maximize profits and plan for growth. The VP of Finance reports directly to the President.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as financial advisor for strategic planning purposes.
- Advise on financing options to support growth.
- Oversee all accounting personnel and operations, including tax preparation coordination with our CPA.
- Gather financial data for analysis and forecasting with respect to costs, profits, and trends.
- Prepare quarterly financials for management and banks.
- Manage cash flow. Maintain 12-month cash flow projection, update weekly, report monthly.
- Prepare monthly proforma and cash flow updates for investors.
- Prepare and manage A&D and construction loan packages.
- Prepare feasibility proformas in coordination with land acquisition, purchasing and construction.
- Lead and manage the budgeting process.
- Update active project proformas in coordination with purchasing and construction.
- Manage insurance coverage.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
