The Concord University Student Support Services program seeks an Administrative Associate to oversee all activities for a federally-funded Student Support Services grant at Concord University.
The Student Support Services Administrative Associate is a twelve month, full-time, benefits eligible, federally funded position contingent on availability of continued funding.

Duties and Responsibilities
Duty/Responsibility
- The SSS Administrative Associate is responsible for multiple office duties and program support for this federally funded program that serves underrepresented students.
- Insures the smooth running of the SSS program through excellent organizational skills and by creating an environment conducive to the academic success of participants.
- Initiates purchasing, maintains, reconciles, and monitors budget balance of grant funds through basic bookkeeping procedures and computerized spread sheets.
- Completes requisite program reporting including maintaining institutional databases in budget preparation, monitoring, and reporting, as appropriate.
- Develops, organizes, and maintains confidential student and in databases in Access, Banner, Blumen, or other utilized software programs.

Successful applicants should have a minimum of Associate Degree or equivalent; Bachelor Degree preferred
Required Skills
- Must have strong computer, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must.
- Experience with preparing grant reports, and budget reconciliation is preferred.
- Past TRiO experience as staff or participant are a plus.
