STATUS: Hourly Non-Exempt

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Parts Shipping and Receiving will assist the Parts Administrator with daily tasks he/she is currently responsible for.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

· Receive parts

· Confirm invoice matches part number on package

· Bill out invoice

· Make price correction in estimating system

· Mirror match with damaged parts

· Inspect replacement parts for damage

· If damaged or wrong, then document with photos and process return

· Follow up on returned parts

· Label parts and deliver to technicians

· Additional job duties as assigned

JOB SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

· Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Must abide by company dress code policy and all safety PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is required

· Regular attendance is required and must comply with set work schedule agreement

The employee is frequently exposed to an inside office work environment is occasionally loud. The noise level is at a constant office environment level inside.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
