Pay: Up to $175,000/year

Experience:

• 3 years of dedicated Network Engineering experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Palo Alto Networks.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Conde Group is seeking a Network Admin to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain our network and security infrastructure.
• Effectively communicate, lead, and collaborate within a small team environment.
• Configure, install and maintain network devices and services.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex network issues.
• Manage WAN technologies, VLANs, and SAN storage.
• Monitor network performance and security.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts to team members and stakeholders.
• Lead by example and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive projects forward.
• Proactively identify and address potential network issues.
• Anticipate future challenges with the ability to bring innovative solutions to your team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.

Position Requirements:

• MUST be a hardcore Networking professional; complicated firewalls, routers/switches, etc.
• Proficiency in network administration and hands-on networking.
• Experience with VMWare vSphere, SANs, and network configuration.
• Knowledge of network management tools and security monitoring.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate within a small team environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive initiatives forward.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• Proven track record of being a forward-thinking technologist who can anticipate and solve tomorrow's challenges today.
• Proficient in English and able to interact with the C-suite team.
