Conde Group is seeking a Network Admin to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain our network and security infrastructure.
- Effectively communicate, lead, and collaborate within a small team environment.
- Configure, install and maintain network devices and services.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex network issues.
- Manage WAN technologies, VLANs, and SAN storage.
- Monitor network performance and security.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to team members and stakeholders.
- Lead by example and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive projects forward.
- Proactively identify and address potential network issues.
- Anticipate future challenges with the ability to bring innovative solutions to your team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.
Position Requirements:
- MUST be a hardcore Networking professional; complicated firewalls, routers/switches, etc.
- Proficiency in network administration and hands-on networking.
- Experience with VMWare vSphere, SANs, and network configuration.
- Knowledge of network management tools and security monitoring.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and collaborate within a small team environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive initiatives forward.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Proven track record of being a forward-thinking technologist who can anticipate and solve tomorrow's challenges today.
- Proficient in English and able to interact with the C-suite team.
