Job Description:
Conduent is hiring for Early Career Candidates for our Business Analyst role!
As an early career Business Analyst, you'll play an integral role in building a holistic view and roadmap of the company's technology strategy and processes. Upon being fully trained, you will be responsible to evaluate past and current business data with the primary goal of improving decision-making processes within Conduent. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to identify goals, best practices, and other active methods for gathering and analyzing data as it relates to the needs of the specific organization.

What you’ll do:
As a business analyst, you’ll serve as liaison between end-users and product development teams. You’ll partner with your mentor and other senior BA's to analyze, define, model, and document project requirements to be communicated to development teams. You’ll support analyzing requirements and define cutting edge tech solutions.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
- Degree in Computer Science or IT or Masters in any degree
- Basic skills in MS Office, Project and/or Visio, SharePoint
- Recent campus graduates with experience thru internships, summer work or entry BA roles work experience
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
- Knowledge on creating help documentation including the technical architecture
- Onsite / Offshore coordination
- Must have a genuine enthusiasm and passion for technology
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
