As a Project Manager, you'll play an integral role in creating and maintaining the project work plan for the assigned project. You’ll partner with internal technology groups to identify project issues and risks, and will develop and document appropriate corrective action and mitigation plans. Using the Project Management Office (PMO) established processes and procedures, you'll communicate project status to defined stakeholders.
We need someone who can:
- Create project schedules in MS Project.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and deliver complex projects and/or programs prioritized in alignment with the client’s expectations and business needs. Projects may include multiple technology disciplines and/or significant business process re-engineering efforts.
- Manage people for programs or projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of projects and/or programs into a finished state.
- Organize project and/or program activities that may require inter-departmental meetings and communication ensuring completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints.
- Direct the activities of project support staff and sub-contractors and ensure appropriate resources are allocated in MS Project Online (POL) to facilitate the successful completion of the project.
- Assign and monitor work of technical personnel, such as systems analysts, programmers and testing resources.
- Manage and coordinate priorities between projects or within a program that requires critical thinking and complex problem solving.
- Document project scope, goals and responsibilities to project team using established templates; establish clear stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and maintain regular project status reports.
- Maintain detailed list of project action items, issues and risks.
- Communicate project status (written and verbal), and work with the project team to resolve and escalate issues when needed.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
- 5 years managing projects using Microsoft Project
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience
Preferred Qualifications For Consideration:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified
- JIRA Knowledge and Experience

Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. For Colorado considerations only the estimated salary range is $73,150 - $95,000.
