Title: Registration and Event Technology Success Coordinator
Department: Housing, Registration & Event Technology
Direct Report: Senior Manager, Registration and Event Technology
FLSA Classification: Exempt
Work Hours: Full-Time. 8am-5pm Monday through Friday with occasional evening and weekend work required.
Travel possible with onsite assignments, 2-3 times per year on average.
Summary
The Registration and Event Technology Success Coordinator is responsible for meeting contractual obligations, building strong team relationships and working to maintain and/or improve client satisfaction. Typical functions include, but are not limited to: building and management of event sites or apps, organization of client content and design, providing support for the Event Technology Success Manager, and ensuring event success.
Job Responsibilities
- Utilize event technology systems to build registration sites and event mobile apps
- Participate in client development calls to understand build and design scope
- Organize and review content templates for data import
- Complete final event check prior to event site launch
- Work closely with the Event Technology Success Manager to provide the following:
- Implementing client vision on website
- Providing best practices for site design and content implementation
- Adhering to Implementation Timelines established by the Event Technology Success Manager
- Proactively provide recommendations for corrective action to Event Technology Success Managers as appropriate
- Troubleshoot issues, thereby identifying and remedying trends
Other Responsibilities
- Creation and accurate scheduling of email campaigns
- Work with Event Technology Success Managers to execute overall event services using designated technology
- Provide recommendations for build process enhancement and increasing efficiencies
- Participate in client conference calls as required
- Utilize all office tools in the completion of assigned tasks (Excel, Outlook 365, STOVA, Cvent, Asana, Teams, Swapcard, Streampoint, Hubspot, Harvest, Sharepoint)
- Assist as needed with fulfillment of onsite or day of support including troubleshooting technical issues, helping attendees, assisting with site modification, and other logistics
- Additional responsibilities beyond what is listed above may also be required as needed

Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not require direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment/Physical Demands
This position operates in a professional remote office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk; use hands to grasp, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in technology focused on project coordination
- Previous experience in registration and mobile app platforms preferred: STOVA, Cvent, Streampoint, EventMobi, Ventla, Swapcard
- Previous experience and demonstrated success managing multiple projects at one time
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in-person, via email and over the phone
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to remain organized and clearly communicate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to break down complex projects and initiatives into attainable project tasks using critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work across organizations and lines of business
