One of the largest Home Care Agency is looking for a case coordinator
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of client and caregiver schedules.
Recruit New Home Health Aids.
Communicate with Case managers and other referral sources.
Manage last-minute calls out and find appropriate coverage.
Communicate with insurance companies when needed
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
Bilingual English/Spanish
Experience working in Home Care required
Strong Communication and Phone skills
Computer skills
Ability to work independently
Attention to detail and a positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
