RECEPTION/ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR:
Job is to manage the front desk of a high-volume Real Estate/Property Management Company in The Villages.
Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5PM performing a variety of administrative/clerical tasks.
The Receptionist/Administrative Coordinator is the first point of contact for our company who will answer a multi-line phone and greet visitors with a friendly, positive, and pleasant personality. Candidate must be a team player and work well with others, eager to learn and have a strong work ethic. Candidate must be detail-oriented and multi-tasking is essential for this position.
DUTIES:
- Answer phones, take messages, transfer calls to appropriate person
- Greet and assist visitors
- Maintain a clean front office and lobby area
- Perform tasks for the rental department; managing seasonal reservations, maintaining the cleaning schedules for rental properties, ordering Village IDs, etc.
- Receive and sort daily mail/email
- Perform duties such as filing, copying, and faxing
- Perform other administrative/clerical duties requested
SALARY:
- $14.00/hour
- No medical/dental benefits

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1-year administrative experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Experienced with office equipment
- Multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- Property management and real estate knowledge preferred
