Job Summary
As our HR Manager, you will work with the Head of HR and other company leaders to achieve organizational goals and align HR activities to our overall corporate strategy
Job Responsibilities
- Own and manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews and assisting hiring managers
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the organization using best practices and in compliance with all the states we do business in
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of our employees by implementing effective engagement programs including mentoring, volunteer / charity and other community partnerships
- Nurture a positive working environment by assisting employees with career-pathing and developing IDP goals and other succession planning initiatives
- Oversee performance management processes to ensure employees are meeting expectations and goals and that managers are conducting feedback meetings accordingly
- Provide backup to Payroll Specialist and cross-train other HR team members on all HRIS database management and payroll functions (experience with ADP WFN a plus)
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure compliance
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR leadership role
- Knowledge of HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Paycom, Paylocity, etc.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to organize documentation online and complete required processes with quality and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $59,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
