What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Recruiting Manager position at Confidential?
We are looking for a Recruiting Manager who will be tasked with recruiting and managing our employees at our client facility. This onsite position will be working in a warehouse environment to meet the workforce requirements of the client. We are looking for a hardworking self-starter to lead and grow with our team.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for client of onsite warehouse location. Maintain and grow working relationships with key stakeholders within client organization.
- Achieve hiring objectives of client which includes creation of recruiting strategy as well as developing and maintaining pool of candidates in database.
- Manage a multi-shift workforce, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations and any office managerial duties.
- Build effective sources to attract applicants; conduct interviews; evaluate applicants
- Track and monitor employee attendance.
- Handle employee relations and counsel associates, when needed.
- Conduct weekly safety inspections of clients’ environments, Manage and enforce all safety policies and procedures of corporate and client.
- Complete any additional duties/projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3 plus years of Recruiting experience required.
- At least 1 year of Management experience preferred.
