Our team of real estate professionals is looking for a Client Care Coordinator. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, highly organized, and an excellent communicator. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of each real estate transaction from executed purchase agreement to successful closing.
As our client coordinator you will:
Review paperwork for accuracy
Process files and submit to broker
Follow up on inspections, appraisals, and loan status
Update & maintain communication with clients, agents, closers, and lenders
Schedule closings & walk-throughs
Input client information into client database
Other duties as needed
Desired Skills & Experience:
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete multiple projects at the same time.
Real Estate experience preferred, but not required.
Must be systems orientated.
Proficient in:
Microsoft Office - Word, Excel
Mac - Pages, Numbers, etc. Canva, Facebook and other online marketing tools
