We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in a dynamic role supporting our sales and marketing department.

- Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and proficient knowledge of computer programs

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an administrative assistant to the sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for preparing reports, data entry, maintaining appropriate filing & reporting systems, confirming client appointments, and maintaining call logs as provided by the sales team and leadership. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Organize, schedule, or confirm appointments
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Maintain office policies and procedures
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with leadership to handle requests
- This is an entry-level position with the potential to grow
Hours 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Tuesday thru Friday
- Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour; pay will commensurate experience
