Your job responsibilities would include:
- Greet clients
- Answer phone calls
- Communicate with clients through email
- Schedule meetings
- Scanning, printing, copying, and filing client documents
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Prepare client documents for mail
- Managing office inventory
- Create client invoices
- Data entry
- Put together tax returns and efiling
- E-signature processing
- Assist payroll manager with payroll processing and quarterly reports
- Provide backup and support to the office
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to Detail
- Strong time-management skills, organizational skills, efficiency, and dependability
- Ability to learn quickly & work independently
- No educational requirements
