Administrative Assistant in Menlo Park, CA (onsite)

Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the Director of HR & Compliance and other team members as needed.
- Calendar management requiring the coordination of numerous meetings, via conference call, Zoom, and in-person, including entering and maintaining internal and external appointments/meetings
- Coordinate extensive domestic travel
- Process expense reports
- Email management
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of previous administrative experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and writing skills
- Ability to multi-task and juggle many tasks at once
- MUST be team oriented and extremely detail oriented
- Excellent organizational skills and a professional, proactive attitude
Salary range $75-80k plus generous bonus and benefits!
