We are looking for managers to staff our resurging casual theme restaurant. Full service with bar. Our brand is well known, our food and service are recognized as top notch and we are smoking the competition. So much so that we are opening restaurants while others are marinating at best.
Our existing stores are getting a lot of attention which bring us back to our managers. Critical eyes, great trainers, FOH and BOH commitment, and a love for a Traditional American Cuisine will all get you into a position from which you can grow. With our new store openings and our commitment to upgrading our current stores many opportunities exist. This is slow cooking and quick moving all in one.

Responsibilities of the Restaurant Assistant General Manager
· Proactively manage operations including; inventory, food and beverage management, labor, and security, as well as ensuring brand standards/policies & procedures are followed
· Deliver superior guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
· Prepare reports for staff, food control, and sales
· Create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development
Requirements of the Restaurant Assistant General Manager
· 2 years or more Restaurant Management Experience
· Basic knowledge of HR responsibilities such as hiring, training and termination of employees
· Must maintain the highest food quality and cleanliness standards
· Hands-on management style
· Passionate about the hospitality industry
· Great Customer Focus
· Good Food Production Skills
· Current driver’s license

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
