Job Title: AutoCAD Drafter
Duties: Broadstone Design Group, a division of Eric L. Davis Engineering is looking to fill the AutoCAD Drafter position. This position is responsible for residential site-specific, lot fits, plot plans, and drainage plans.
The candidate will work closely under the supervision of the Project Manager and must be committed to high-quality work, technical skill, and attention to detail in order to complete projects in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will able to work independently and as a team member, have strong time management skills, product knowledge, and be able to prioritize and concurrently work on multiple projects and maintain deadlines.
AutoCAD Drafter Requirements:
- Minimum of High School Diploma
- AutoCAD proficient; REVIT a plus.
- Detail-oriented, strong sense of urgency.
- Able to perform in a fast-paced work environment.
- 1 years of design firm/residential builder experience
- Self-starting work ethic
- Self-motivated
- Takes initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge in Residential and/or commercial construction
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and proven ability to learn new software programs
