What will you be Responsible for?
Completing store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. • Maintaining store staff by recruiting, selecting, and training employees. • Maintaining store staff job results through coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. • Achieving financial objectives by effectively controlling expenses. • Identifying current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers to understand service needs. • Protecting employees and customers by providing a safe, clean, and well-organized store • Maintaining operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
