Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and possess skills in food handling, restaurant operations, bartending, and catering. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. This is a small Irish Pub in need of a operator. Pay will be small stipend, tips and a percentage of the gross sales. Experience and a personality to engage and develop a regular clientele is needed.
Full menu supplied and supplemented by adjoining restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain equipment in accordance with safety regulations
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery as needed
- Follow standard operating procedures for production tasks
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Prior experience in food service or related industry preferred
- Knowledge of math for measurements and calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed
