Growing Restaurant Group is looking for a Beverage Manager to join our team in Naples, FL. The Beverage Manager is the person who will provide support to the bar department with emphasis on inventory, liquor, beer and wine as well as normal operations of the restaurant. The Beverage Manager works under the General Manager and on a weekly basis will report all changes in inventory and status of bar department. We are looking for candidates with open availability, has 2 years’ experience in a beverage manager role, high volume restaurants ($8-$10 million sales) and understands the intricacies of the restaurant business! Starting Salary-$60,000, benefits-1st of the month, after 60 days of employment, PTO.
- Write schedule for all bar and coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Order all beverage product for the bar.
- In put all beverage invoices
- Weekly Inventory and input into Aloha
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Interview all bar candidates
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Train new and current employees on all wine, cocktails and customer service practices.
- Will be required to open and close as well as do administrative work.
Qualifications:
- Two plus years in a management role in the restaurant industry
- Proven work experience as Beverage Manager
- Proven customer service experience as a manager
- Experience with working shifts 10-12 hours
