Experienced Bodyshop Estimator
We are a domestic dealership body shop in N Phoenix looking for an Experienced Bodyshop Estimator to help take us to the next level. We have big plans for 2024 and need the right person to join us on our journey.
Pay: $60,000 - $80,000 Salary Commission (based on experience)
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision , 401k. paid time off
Hours: Full time Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm one Saturday per month
Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers and accurately document concerns and damage
- Provide top notch customer service throughout the repair process
- Inspects damaged vehicles thoroughly
- Secure agreement from clients prior to all repairs
- Clearly explain the estimate and time to complete repair
- Coordinate with insurance companies and apply for supplemental work
- Provide professional follow-up with current and future customers
- Upsell additional services
- Follow up on payments with insurance companies to ensure repairs are paid in full
Requirements:
- Auto estimating: 2 years experience required (at a dealership preferred)
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Working knowledge of the auto body and insurance industry
- Know how to write estimates in CCC One
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Neat and Clean professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multi-task and handle and prioritize numerous repair orders
- Must be able to pass a pre employment background check and drug screen (Not including THC)
- Must have a valid AZ Drivers License and good driving record
