BRANCH MANAGER – Columbia, SC area
Opportunity for full-time Store Manager in Columbia, South Carolina area with commercial tire experience. Leadership position will drive sales and profitability for the location by selling tires and related services in heavy OTR market. Must lead, coach and direct store associates to ensure optimal performance.
Job Requirements:
- Manage the profitability of the commercial tire store.
- Recruit, train and develop staff.
- Responsible for sales, payroll, promotions, inventory, expenses and overall flow of the business.
- Direct staff to handle customer orders
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Duties assigned by corporate management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in commercial tire location.
- College degree preferred, but not required.
- Responsible for working independently with minimal supervision
- Positive, driven attitude
