What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Operator position at Confidential?
Job Description:
- Perform all CNC work processes in accordance with Routing Sheet
- Read and understand internal drawings.
- Correct loading and operation of CNC machines.
- Proper deburring & stacking of parts
- Use of digital / dial calipers, pin gages, bore gages, thread plugs & rings, square, height indicators.
- Fill out red tags in accordance with Nonconforming Product Procedure and Parts Identification W.I.
- Ensure proper product handling in accordance with the Product handling Procedure
- Perform tool and insert changes.
- Correct sharpening and grinding of tooling.
Prerequisites:
- High School diploma / GED.
- Basic mathematic knowledge.
- Able to lift 75lbs. minimum.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
