What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compliance Coordinator - COVID position at Confidential?
We are looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join our multi-state Assisted Living and Memory Care company. This is Monday - Friday position paying $16 - $22 DOE. We expect this position to be hybrid with some in office support along with the ability to work remote.
The Compliance Coordinator collaborates with the Health Services team to assist with managing COVID-19 related policies and practices across Oregon, Colorado, and Idaho.
A day in the life:
- System Administration - We have a robust vaccination and testing solution that we need someone to be hands on with managing. This means sending out invites, contacting employees and managers, and working through the documentation to ensure we are compliant with state regulations
- COVID Support - coordinating shipment of PPE, tes & vaccination submissions to the state, and helping managers and employees work through administrative support pieces of state regulations and policies to ensure we are in compliance
- Project Support - as changes come up with our policies and state regulations you will help to support the change effort
- Training - as you gain more understanding of our policies and practices we will need your help to provide training on-site/virtual related to our COVID response practices
- Additional Compliance Support - with the ever changing regulatory landscape there is no shortage of challenges to work through. You will provide Administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2 years in an Administrative role
- Previous Senior Living or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
