We are looking for a CPA to apply their experience and knowledge in a Controller role. As our Controller, you will be responsible for the company's fiscal operations in conjunction with Senior Management and Ownership. In this position, you will utilize the existing talent to execute the processes while focusing on the big picture.
Specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Oversee the financial statement close process for numerous entities
- Review and approve reports for the executive team
- Establish organizational structure and staffing
- Analyze investment portfolio performance
Prior experience with property management accounting is beneficial and highly desirable.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Must be a licensed CPA or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
- Ability to analyze financial data
- Ability to inspire and motivate staff
- Advanced analytical skills
