ABOUT THE JOB
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide a high-end customer service experience for every customer, mainly dealing with email communications.
What you will be working on:
· Answer billing and general account questions from customers and potential customers
· Sign up new customers and provide answers to service inquiries
· Execute changes to existing customer accounts, process plan upgrades/downgrades
· Provide exceptional customer service via email and online chat to resolve questions or concerns
· Work collaboratively in a team environment across all departments
· Maintain customer database and ensure records are updated
· Follow up with customers to retain relationship and satisfaction
What You Will Bring:
· Excellent email/written communication skills
· At least 25 WPM typing (Preferred: 35 WPM), with minimum errors
· Proficient use of technology, including computers and smart phones. Agents will need to have the ability to use our customer service tools and applications, and be able to competently guide customers through use of the website and application
· A positive, customer-first attitude
· Ability to problem solve. We want our agents to think outside the box to find the best resolution for the customer
· We trust our agents with taking care of sensitive customer information
· 18 years of age or older
