Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the overall dining experience
- Manage food production, inventory control, catering, bartending, food service, and POS systems
- Oversee restaurant management, including staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create menus that reflect culinary trends and meet customer preferences
- Monitor financial performance, analyze budgets, and drive profitability through cost control measures
- Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation in all food and beverage outlets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in food preparation, fine dining, and hospitality management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
