We have an excellent opportunity for an Injection Mold Director, in Jefferson County, WI. This person will be responsible to assist and direct in the design of products and tooling for an injection molding manufacturing process.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Set up and operation of all injection molding machines and related equipment
- Troubleshoot all injection molding machines
- Works toward increasing sales growth
- Strong team building, decision making and people management skills
- Position requires interface with all functions of operations; Production, Quality Control, Purchasing, and Sales
- Ensures that customer needs are met, which may include product modifications
- Develop labor and material cost estimates, and product quoting
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Attend Trade Shows
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences
- Proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience:
· Bachelors degree in Engineering or field related to products and services being sold preferred
· Two to four years of related product or sales experience required
Salary: To commensurate with experience
This position will require some travel.
