Director of Maintenance

This an hourly full-time position for 40 hours per week. Position work days are Tuesday- Saturday and are scheduled off on Sunday's & Monday's.

The scope of the work includes, but is not limited to: equipment maintenance and repair, meeting rooms, maintenance and repair of the building structure, preventative maintenance of our guest rooms, public space and parking lot; climbing; bending; lifting up to 75 lbs; pushing and / or pulling up to 75 lbs; and carrying up to 50 lbs.
