What are the responsibilities and job description for the F/T Retail Wine & Beer Team Member position at Confidential?
We are looking for a Full Time 30-40 hour a week, fully benefited team member with a flexible schedule. This F/T position hourly wage DOE is $15-$17 per hour.
As a F/T Retail Team Member, you will play an essential role in the customer service experience by providing customers with fast and friendly service. You will build relationships with customers, process transactions, maintain floor merchandise and inventory standards, answer questions, and ensure customers leave feeling positive about their visit.
You will
- ·Provide customer service by greeting and establishing a relationship with customers while informing them of our products.
- Provide customers with recommendations and connect them to the right products
- Replenish and maintain inventory and store visual presentation
- Maintain store cleanliness standards on the sales floor, stock room, etc.
What we're looking for
- 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- 1-year retail sales, cash handling, merchandiser, include greeting customers, stocking, merchandising.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude
- Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
- Climb ladders and lift 40 lbs. repeatedly
