Family Based Director
A regional leader in adolescent mental healthcare, is currently recruiting for a Family Based Director. The Family Based Program Director is responsible for the overall administration of the program, as well as providing oversight of all clinical aspects of a Family Based program. EOE
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability in managing staff in an equitable and professional manner
- Demonstrated competence in providing clinical supervision regarding Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy model, as well as knowledge of other therapeutic approaches
- Demonstrate competence in providing individual and family therapy
- Ability to positively interact with a diverse client population
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Maintain professionalism while working with community agencies and representatives from diverse disciplines
- Proven entrepreneurial spirit
- Proven ability and desire to nurture and expand the Family Based Programs
Requirements :
- Master’s degree in Human Services field
- Two years of supervisory experience in mental health field
- Act 33/34 and FBI clearance
- Acceptable motor vehicle report in accordance with company standards
- Working knowledge of Family Based Program Required
- Completion of the Three-year Family Based Certification process is preferred
- Ability to be on-call to program staff
