Our Hospitality Group is looking for a leader to bring together a team of 15-20 people to work together and live out our mission of protecting and enhancing our guests' desire for social connection by providing true hospitality with fun and unconventional food and drinks.

Mission of the General Manager
To establish (with the support of the Leadership Team) the management system of the restaurant going forward and to increase sales year-to-year.
Outcomes
Grow revenue by at least 10%
Increase sales by enhancing the guest experience
Increase sales by enhancing the team experience
Increase EBITDA margin to 12% yearly by the end of 2023
Identify and establish efficiencies in the all areas of the operation that will incrementally decrease our costs
Assist in establishing a complete training program for every position in the company. The leadership team will take on this responsibility, but the insight and direction from the acting GMs will be crucial in establishing the training program
Continually train managers to become GM candidates for new store openings
