Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service
- Ensure high-quality food production and presentation in line with company standards
- Implement and maintain food safety protocols and regulations
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and profitability
- Oversee catering operations and special events
- Handle vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in food service, catering, or restaurant management
- Proficiency in team management, bartending, and inventory control
- Strong knowledge of food handling, food safety standards, and the food industry
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team
