Automotive General Sales Manager - Large Automotive Group - Saint Charles, Il.
A large multi-state Automotive Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive General Sales Manager who can drive productivity through effective and valued-centered leadership. The Automotive General Sales Manager assumes responsibility and is accountable for customer retention and the profitability of the sales department. They should work to fulfill responsibilities while utilizing sound business management practices.
Essential Duties
- Hires, trains and motivates all sales department managers and product specialists.
- Must be committed to the CRM and manage inbound and outbound leads.
- Meets with managers and product specialists individually to develop monthly and annual goals and objectives and to review actual performance.
- Communicates management policies and procedures to all employees and ensures that they are understood and followed.
- Provides enthusiastic leadership to help shape employees' attitudes and build morale.
- Holds regularly scheduled sales meetings to ensure that every department is operating efficiently and profitably.
- Responsible for New, Used and F&I Performance.
- Resolves any sales related customer complaints.
- Other tasks as assigned.

We are looking for applicants with a proven track record of more than 5 years working in a dealership as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
