What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer position at Confidential?
The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Department Manager to prepare visual concepts by designing art and copy layouts to communicate and engage the Community and our Team Members.
- Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts
- Create concepts and initial idea for video advertisements, social media campaigns, branding efforts, marketing strategies and web graphics
- Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously
- Create branded advertising campaigns and support marketing and design teams by coordinating content
Requirements
- Associates Degree (or higher), in graphic design or related area of study, preferred
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
- Must be detailed-oriented and must accept constructive criticism well
- Active listening and excellent communication skills
- Must use time wisely and effectively to meet the customers’ deadlines
- Candidates must be able to multi-task
Software Requirements
- Proficient in Adobe’s Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, & Lightroom) on Windows platform
- Web design/experience: not required, but a plus! (CSS, HTML, WordPress)
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, & LinkedIn)
- Minimum of 3 years of Photoshop experience
