Looking for a talented, experienced, dynamic, and forward-thinking individual to join our team as a Principal Consultant. You will play a pivotal role across the business as we scale and grow. You will be instrumental in the delivery of client work, building organic revenue, and hunting new business. You will also have the opportunity to drive and support on key service lines, cultural initiatives, internally and externally with key stakeholders, clients & partners. You will be pivotal to the culture, team well-being, delivery of key products & services & general atmosphere (virtual & face to face). The successful candidate will be a “doer” prepared to roll up their sleeves and tackle any opportunity, big or small.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Win, lead and service new marketing integration assignments from large complex multi-national clients (includes: developing proposals, briefs and cost estimates, managing deliverables and project team members (including freelancers).
- Lead and maintain your set organic and new business revenue growth target (annual).
- Responsible for project performance & margin, as well as the delivery and management of full-time staff and freelancers on your allocated projects, in line with the company's ways of working.
- Develop insight and Intellectual property that helps us understand and meet the needs of our clients (this may include qual and quant techniques).
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, by taking raw data/facts and deliver them with clear, exciting client insights that have proven business applications.
- Help develop valuable products and services, in line with our business objectives and strategy.
- Make a positive contribution to the brand, business and culture of the company through an effective partnership with all team-members & freelancer network
- Work as part of the internal “Communications Team” to help promote the company by actively contributing to the creation and production of engaging sales and marketing literature and collateral
- Assist in updating and maintaining the database, when necessary, design and produce content for the company’s email campaigns.
- Reflective of your experience in all internal tools, products, and services, and ways of working, you proactively coach and mentor junior talent
- You serve as a role model to the team (internally) and a thought leader (externally), briefing in marketing and growth campaigns.

- Strong reporting and analytical skills, demonstrated in a fast-paced project delivery setting.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PPT, Teams, Outlook)
- Exceptional standard of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly (native or close to native language ability in written and spoken English)
Desirable Skills to excel in this role:
- Highly experienced facilitator & project leader, preferably within the context of change management, strategic delivery & innovation within the marketing industry.
- Highly advanced hands-on consultancy skills, inclusive of but not limited to: project and proposal writing, new business development, commercial decision making and marketing landscape knowledge. This may include broad or specific concepts such as:

Salary : $180,000 - $220,000
