What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of School position at Confidential?
A thriving pre-kindergarten through 12th grade Christian school in the suburbs south of Atlanta is seeking a Head of Schools. This position is responsible for:
- creating an environment that builds the spiritual, educational and personal development of students;
- supporting, encouraging, mentoring and coaching staff;
- and fostering teamwork between teachers, staff, parents and students through effective communications.
We’re looking for a dynamic leader with a firm Christian faith who models by example in all areas of their life with a Christ-like servant attitude. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in the education field along with experience in school administration preferably within a Christian education setting.

The Head of Schools reports directly to the school CEO/CFO and the school board of directors. This is a salaried, 12-month position. Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
